Minimum Requirements: Matric with Scientific (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) – 2nd Division (unadjusted) and a total of science subjects of at least 45 percent
Age: Maximum of 35 years old on the final day of application (both for government and private candidates).
A pharmacy technician is a healthcare professional who works under the direction of a legally certified and licenced pharmacist and performs various pharmacy-related duties such as compounding. A pharmacy technician may also be referred to as a pharmaceutical technician. They can work in retail or community pharmacies, as well as in-hospital pharmacies.
The two-year Pharmacy Technician Programmer leads to the Assistant Pharmacist Diploma and is a combination of basic and practice-based courses designed to integrate chemistry, pharmaceutics, microbiology, physiology, pharmacology, hospital pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, and pharmacy practise. The Pharmacy Technician Course at Ahmed College is approved by the Ministry of Health NHSR & C and the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan.
